It’s probably a typo! A short-radius elbow should be used: R=1.0D.
Does it refer to a wall thickness of 10?
1D is written as 10, or 10D
The wall thickness isn’t denoted by R, right? It should be the radius. Depending on the location where it’s used, is it R=1DN or R=10DN? It shouldn’t be difficult to figure that out

What was said on the sixth floor is correct; the term \"elbow DN200 R=10\" is problematic. DN refers to the nominal diameter of the pipe, while elbows are specified using the radius R – these two terms should not be confused
It should be R=1D; if it’s 10D, the radius is too large.
