Experts, what consequences will occur if low chlorine levels and excessive dryness both exist simultaneously in a reprocessing system? Thank you!

Chlorine deficiency is generally caused by high water content in the system, or issues with chlorine injection; it could also be due to other problems that result in a decrease in the catalyst’s ability to retain chlorine. A situation where it’s too dry and lacks chlorine doesn’t happen very often, right? At least I haven’t encountered it, but being too dry and a lack of chlorine ultimately lead to problems with the acidic centers.
