Question: How to remove water-based ink from nylon fabric? What are the main components of water-based inks?
Using organic solvents such as gasoline, xylene, acetone, and alcohol was ineffective.
Catalytic-grade benzene provides the strongest solubility.

Since it’s a water-based ink, you can try using stain remover or correction fluid. Wiping it with a damp cloth will work too.
This friend has a misconception: water-based inks do not refer to inks that can dissolve in water, nor does it mean that resins, pigments, or additives can dissolve in water.
What was said on the 6th floor is correct. I have tried using various strong oxidizing agents and strong reducing agents, but with little effect. Seeking advice from experts!

If it is an acrylic resin, you can try cleaning it with chemical solvents ; Epoxy resin can only be removed by sanding ; Polyurethane: you can try acid and alkali cleaning ; Nitro resin, removed by grinding ; Amino alkyd resins generally cure at high temperatures and are not used on nylon ; Polyester resins generally form thicker films; they don’t seem to be used much in inks ; Alkyd resin can generally be removed using alkali or sanding. Personally, I think for water-based inks on nylon, self-drying acrylic resin inks are the most likely option; therefore, testing the effect of solvent cleaning should be the fastest way.
