It is best not to use compressed air for stirring ion-exchange membrane caustic soda, as the air contains carbon dioxide.
When adding alkali, pumping for circulation or using nitrogen for stirring is generally used; I have never heard of using air
Is there any pinholes in the membrane? If so, the sodium carbonate content will be high, as well as the sodium chloride content； Another possibility is agitation caused by compressed air
