The pressure control of the steam drum in the waste heat boiler is too high. 3. Excessive air supply results in too high a furnace temperature. 4. The residual heat extraction effect of the pot is poor.

The analysis on the 3rd floor is excellent; you can look into the reasons from several aspects.
It is possible to determine whether the waste heat boiler is scaled by examining the steam generation rate of the drum. If, with all other conditions remaining the same, the steam generation volume differs significantly from normal levels, scaling may occur.
The inner side of the steam pipe wall does not suffer from scaling, so there are no significant changes in the amount of steam. However, ammonia salts and other impurities may accumulate on the outer wall, affecting the heat exchange efficiency and leading to excessively high temperatures downstream of the sulfur production waste heat boiler. Since the pipes downstream of this boiler are typically made of carbon steel with a heat resistance limit of 380 degrees, temperatures exceeding this limit can cause carbonization in the pipes.
