Recently, one of our company’s products passed the optical rotation tests conducted by us, but half of the batches sent to other customers failed these tests. Could it be a problem with the sampling done by our company’s laboratory staff? The analysis methods are all the same
It is recommended to use the same sample and test it together to find out.
Have your instruments been calibrated? Was sampling carried out strictly in accordance with relevant standards? It is recommended that you send technical personnel to the customer’s factory to discuss the issue, or ask the customer to send over the defective samples so that you can take a look at them.
