Since the device was put into production in 1995, due to various reasons, there have always been problems such as short production cycles and unstable product quality. In order to completely solve this problem and give full play to its production potential, the company began to carry out technical transformation of the device's raw material system and coke tower system at the beginning of this year. At the same time, it improved the control accuracy of the water injection volume of the heating furnace, effectively extended the production cycle, and greatly improved product quality. There are only two companies that mass-produce needle coke in China. One is Shanxi Hongte Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. in Shanxi. I don’t know where the technology is. The other company is Baosteel in Shanghai, which initially introduced Japanese technology.
