Oil resources are continuously depleting, and raw materials for the petrochemical industry are in short supply. The projects currently under way are all refinery projects worth tens of millions, and there are very few of them; in the long run, petrochemical engineering companies will not have an easy time
As long as this “long term” period exceeds our lifespan, haha
Hehe, nowadays all such complexes have Class A comprehensive qualifications. Even if the petroleum and petrochemical industries become less important in the future, other related industries will still continue to develop
Such worries are completely unnecessary. Aren’t we working on coal chemical industry, methanol, and ethanol right now? Just transform it. Moreover, coal has a much longer history than oil, and it hasn’t run out yet.

Take the Daqing Oil Field as an example: for over a decade or so now, it has been said that the oil reserves there are running low, yet it is still able to produce 42 million tons of oil on a steady basis with no problems. As for the petrochemical industry downstream, its prospects are even brighter. I didn’t notice that oil prices have stopped falling and are now at 70–80 dollars per barrel.
It will be almost over by the time no more cars are made.
That’s something for the next generation, the generation after that, the generation after that again… haha
Wealth does not last three generations, nor does strength last a hundred years! Nothing keeps rising all the time! When things reach their extreme, they reverse; when the sun is at its zenith, it begins to set! There is no industry that will allow one to make a living for life!
Oil is expected to be extractable for another 40 years; who knows what will happen once it’s gone
