How can the high noise level generated by the venting in low-temperature methanol washing be addressed? It is suggested to use soundproofing material in the venting tubes – what material is this soundproofing material made of? Does anyone have any better solutions?
A silencer can be installed or the vent pipe can be enlarged to reduce the flow velocity
If you want to save money, just let it make noise. Before, the noise at the site was too loud; later we added a silencer, and it’s also possible to raise the height of the air ducts as well as make the ducts larger – but that costs a lot of money
The best solution is to add a silencer~~!
It is recommended to use carbon dioxide for guiding the smoke from boilers in air defense systems
Recycle CO2 to produce ammonia!
There are two approaches: 1) reduce the amount of gas released and recover the valuable components within it; 2) increase the noise-damping equipment or lengthen the exhaust pipelines
It is not that easy to utilize carbon dioxide after it has been recovered.
Carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas can be used as a by-product to produce dry ice; in addition, we have installed a desorption gas compressor (centrifugal type) as a gas source for transporting dry coal powder in the gas processing section.
If it is located near the methanol production plant using off-gas, carbon can be transferred there to increase methanol production!
Attach silencers or air vents to remote locations; do not enlarge the vent pipes, as this can cause the internal components of the tower to be blown over.
