Do both private and foreign companies have five insurances and one housing fund?

Does the law stipulate that all enterprises must provide housing provident funds? So is it true that there are state-owned enterprises, foreign companies and private companies? This is a big bonus. Everyone who knows the situation, please say thank you.
There are some in the private company I work for, but they are relatively rare haha
The private company I work for does not have a provident fund, but I still have insurance.
For foreign companies, there are some. One company I know has a very high provident fund ratio, at least 12%.
Generally, foreign companies have five insurances and one fund, but many private companies do not have five insurances and one fund.
Our private company only provides three insurances: pension, work-related injury, medical insurance, and other insurances.
As long as it is not mandatory, private companies generally do not have it
