If one wants to achieve something, they must have a goal; it is essential to make good use of one’s free time in order to achieve progress; There is a famous 80/20 rule: eight hours for sleeping, eight hours for working – this applies to everyone. What differs between people is how they spend their free time. Time is the most compassionate as well as the most heartless thing; everyone has the same amount of it, which is very fair. But those who possess resources don’t necessarily succeed; only those who know how to use them effectively do. Survive during the day and seek development at night – this is the requirement for talents in the 21st century. In the 21st century, the lack of a sense of crisis is the greatest crisis. A person can only do one thing at a time; those who know how to focus on the key points are true talents. In one’s job, only when the effort put in exceeds what is received, and when the boss truly sees that your abilities exceed those required for your position, will he give you more opportunities to help generate more profits for him. In reality, there are many people who, having discovered joy in their work, exhibit an enthusiasm that differs from that of ordinary people and is hard to understand. While many people laugh at them for being crazy, someone else might be laughing at them for being stupid. Fools miss opportunities; the wise seize them; successful people create them. Opportunities are only given to those who are prepared, and this preparation is not just words alone. A true leader doesn’t necessarily need to be extremely capable; by understanding trust, knowing how to delegate power, and valuing others, they can unite forces that are stronger than their own, thereby enhancing their own influence. In interactions between people, it is often a struggle of wills against one another. Either you influence him or he influences you; and if we want to succeed, we must cultivate our own influence. Only those with great influence can become the strongest. The most valuable person is not necessarily the one who is the best speaker. God gave us two ears and one mouth so that we would listen more and speak less. The ability to listen well is the most fundamental quality of a mature person. A successful person knows how to cultivate good habits to replace bad ones; when enough good habits are developed, a good life will naturally follow. A true strong person is not necessarily one who is very powerful or very rich, but rather one who is helpful to others. Responsibility allows us to complete tasks, while love enables us to do them well. Positive people are like the sun; wherever they shine, light spreads there. Negative people are like the moon; their appearance changes on the first and fifteenth days of the month. Our thoughts determine our lives; the kind of thoughts we have determines the kind of future we will have. I must have some use in this world; it’s a shame that no one makes use of me now. A positive mindset + a successful textbook + an endless stage = success. Everyone’s potential is infinite; the key is to find a platform where that potential can be fully realized. If a unit has a poor working atmosphere, it is definitely due to systemic issues; there is a lack of full fairness, transparency, as well as strict measures to reward those who work hard and punish those who are lazy. How to establish such a system is a question that every leader needs to consider.
I must have some use in this world; it’s a shame that no one makes use of me now.
That makes sense; it’s difficult to do, there are too many trivial matters after work
A plain life, approached with calmness. Desiring success, but patience is needed. Well, good habits and a mature mindset take time to develop gradually.
There are no traces of wings in the sky, yet I have already flown.
Everyone knows the principle, but it’s hard to put it into practice
It’s still too difficult to do that; I don’t have much time after work, not to mention that my job is extremely tiring right now. Sigh!
Live a calm life and work hard! ! Good at seizing opportunities
A few days or weeks are okay, but if it goes on like this, it’s not feasible – it’s too exhausting
The 38 Theory: eight hours for sleep, eight hours for work – it’s the same for everyone. What differs between people is how they spend their free time. I understand the principles, but it’s hard to put them into practice
