Since I had no prior experience with this type of material, I researched relevant information, conducted welding process evaluations, developed appropriate process measures, and supervised their strict implementation on site, ultimately ensuring that 100% of the welds met the quality standards. I hope those who work with this material or are interested in it can exchange experiences and share insights together.

20.70.Nb nickel-based welding wire is used for root welding by manual TIG welding, while two types of 25-35Nb welding wires are used for fill and cap welding. Where possible, use a lower welding heat input to meet the usage requirements, in order to avoid excessive heating of the heat-affected zone and the weld seam.
Are they furnace tubes made by die casting? Superalloys generally require vacuum melting!
