How to create a pipe rack in PDS?

To be more specific, I can't input data. How do I build a pipe rack on the tower?
Follow the tutorial to operate it. Isn’t there a tutorial on the equipment structure online?

I don’t really know what’s on the tower, but I know what’s on the beam. Our main problems are two. 1. We must open the database service before adding a pipe rack. 2. We must first find a suitable pipe rack in the third volume of "Petrochemical Plant Process Pipeline Installation Design and Construction Drawing Book" Pipe Support and Hanger.
