Which is better, Chengda or Tianchen?

I am a recent master’s graduate with a degree in automatic control; which of these two design institutes is better? There’s a conflict in the interview times… I hope those who know about this can explain it in detail
If it were me, I would definitely go to Chengda. I’m not a recent graduate, and I work at a design firm as well; that’s my judgment.
Those who do not plan for the future will surely face troubles soon. Comparing the current situations of the two houses, Chengda should be in a better position. However, Chengda has a slightly less favorable geographical location. If you don’t want to continue working at the design institute in the future, or if you aim for greater career advancement, it’s convenient to go to Beijing from Tianjin. Personally, I feel that Tianjin’s cultural environment is not as good as Chengdu’s.

One shouldn’t have too high expectations right after graduation; the focus should be on gaining experience. It’s already great to be able to find a job at this point.
