After graduation, I entered a state-owned enterprise design institute. When I first arrived, I was very ambitious and wanted to work hard. At first, the leaders were very polite and took things seriously, but then when the market went bad, there was nothing much to do, and everyone started to go about their business. I also gradually lost my will in it and had no ideas. I wanted to change jobs but didn’t have the courage. I wanted to learn something on my own but had no goals and no environment. I had only worked on one project for almost three years and didn’t make any money. I was depressed. What should I do? Everyone has ideas?
