1. Seeking Talented Individuals: “Seeking talented individuals,” “Recruiting outstanding professionals,” “Inviting you to join us”… Look at these various recruitment phrases – how sincere they sound, and how appealing they are! Especially for students who are currently under great employment pressure, how could they pass up such a rare opportunity? One is bound to try every means possible to embrace these tempting \"olive branches.\" Yet, ideals and reality often are incompatible; when you are deceived by these words of sincerity, you may not even realize that you are gradually moving closer to a carefully planned scam. These days, many companies have no intention of hiring, yet they still put up attractive signs that are nothing but a form of deception; their motives are either two-fold: one is the advertising effect ; The second is the wealth-acquisition strategy. In the current situation in our country where the supply of talent exceeds demand, adopting such a tactic is nothing short of adding icing on the cake for the recruiting companies themselves ; For the large number of job seekers trapped in a competitive environment, this is nothing short of adding insult to injury. 2. Improving compensation: Through honest work, one can continuously see an increase in salary and compensation, which is naturally something that every worker would welcome. However, the companies, as the ones responsible for determining these compensation levels, often exhibit a behavior that stands in sharp contrast to the diligent efforts of their employees. These days, some companies like to shout motivational slogans such as \"improving employees’ benefits\" in order to inspire their staff, boost efficiency, and demonstrate to the world the dignity and image of a legitimate enterprise – truly killing several birds with one stone. However, for a slogan to be turned into reality, a process is required. As a company, it perfectly illustrates this process, endowing it with a strong sense of imagination and persistent anticipation, thereby creating an aesthetic beauty in the distance that always exists between ideals and reality. 3. Speak freely: During meetings, leaders often say things like, “Everyone, feel free to speak your mind.” Yet it is this phrase, which seems to encourage open communication, that actually causes employees to feel psychological fear and anxiety. In fact, it is not surprising to see such a strong contrast in the modern workplace, and it is the company’s leaders themselves who determine the direction of this contrast. These days, many leaders go to great lengths to cultivate their acting skills in order to project an image of effective managers, striving to deliver their performances in a vivid and flawless manner. Unfortunately, the workplace is not like a theater; in acting, one can use elaborate props to present a perfect image, but in real life, one cannot use disguises to hide the flaws within. Therefore, here the author would like to advise everyone that when you hear such a kind-hearted reminder, you must see through the true nature of the manager; if the leader is Emperor Taizong of Tang, you can follow in Wei Zheng’s footsteps ; If your leader is King Zhou of Shang, don’t end up like Bi Gan! 4. Offering advice – \"Offering advice\" is originally a term with a positive connotation, but in today’s ever-changing workplace, it has been distorted by some people to the point where its true meaning is lost. In companies, there are people who seem to have in-depth knowledge of Chinese history – for example, they know how King Zhou of Shang \"cared\" about the common people, how Zhang Bangchang \"loved\" certain things, and how Qin Hui \"worshipped\" Yue Fei, among other things. They are well-versed in every aspect of these historical anecdotes from a civilization with a long history. Not only that, but they are also able to draw lessons from history effectively, integrate theory with practice, apply these valuable historical experiences to business management, formulate official reports, and submit them confidentially to their superiors. This drive to seek development for businesses is truly shameful! Speaking of this, I would like to advise those who work hard in planning for businesses. There is an old Chinese saying: \"Working with a ruler is like working with a tiger.\" When you offer wise suggestions, be sure to consider the situation carefully and choose the right approach. Otherwise, you might one day end up dealing with a leader who isn’t sensible, and in that case you’ll lose both time and resources! 5. Two-way selection: If the term \"two-way selection\" is used to describe the honesty between the parties involved in a marriage, then using it to describe the relationship between employers and employees in a company is nothing short of a harmless deception. As is well known, due to the national conditions of our country and factors such as the imperfect development of relevant legal systems, enterprises end up holding dominant control over labor relations in the modern workplace, while workers often play the role of helpless victims. Where, then, is the right to choice for the vast majority of workers in this context lacking the concept of \"mutual selection\" based on equality and integrity? 6. Fair competition: Nowadays, many companies like to emphasize \"fair competition\" in order to showcase the fairness and integrity of their management systems, attempting to win people’s trust by promoting such good practices. Unfortunately, however, reality is often like a mirror that reveals the true nature of things; under its bright light, all hidden flaws are exposed to the light. The backroom dealings in the staffing system, the secrecy surrounding the salary system, and the favoritism in the rewards and punishments system – are these also the brilliant innovations of those who shout triumph? Deception cannot hide the truth, and hypocrisy cannot replace integrity. “\"Fair competition\" is indeed a criterion for assessing the quality of enterprises, yet it is only through the test of practice that this criterion can unleash its powerful voice. 7. Learning and exchange: These days, there are some companies, especially those that rely on government subsidies, which seem to have a particular preference for the approach of learning and exchange. They often organize various meetings and seminars aimed at promoting business development. Moreover, after such exchanges, it’s common for them to have a meal together in order to strengthen the bonds formed through these interactions and foster better relationships between them. At the dinner table, you order abalone and I order mouse spot; raising our glasses together, it’s truly delightful! And they gave it a nice name, saying, “This is modern corporate public relations!” ”However, a false facade cannot conceal the essence of luxury. These days, some companies like to use the pretext of \"learning and exchange\" to satisfy their own selfish desires for pleasure; what should be a short piece is instead turned into a long, elaborate treatise ; It’s clearly a simple task, yet it has to be turned into a major project ; It is clearly a greed driven by selfish desires, yet it is forced to be presented as a beautiful lie. 8. People-oriented approach: In the construction of corporate culture, perhaps the term we hear most often is “people-oriented.” Many companies actively promote their advanced management models and rich cultural heritage, in an attempt to earn the impressive title of “humanistic management.” Yet reality often acts as an envoy of justice. When we lift the veils of those charming, beautiful appearances, we are surprised to discover that beneath that facade of beauty, ugliness and brutality can also come into view: trampling on employees’ rights, hurting their emotions, ignoring their dignity... Is this also the work of those who sing praises of humanity? “\"Putting people first\" is not something that can be merely proclaimed verbally; it requires actual actions to demonstrate genuine sincerity. In the author’s view, treating employees well by a company is essentially treating the company itself well. Because employees are the true source and driving force behind creating wealth for a company; only when their work enthusiasm and motivation increase can the company’s economic performance improve ; Conversely, as our employees, we should also, through our own efforts and dedication, provide a reason for the company’s kindness toward us. Only in this way, with mutual trust and understanding between enterprises and their employees, and through working together hand in hand and collaborating as a cohesive team, can employees’ talents be fully utilized and the enterprise’s success be achieved!
