As per the title? What measurements are involved? How are they carried out? Please give some guidance! (It seems there’s no acceptance standard for 09!)
This can be done by referring to the methods used for settlement monitoring and assessment in high-speed railways. Specifically, observation points should be placed symmetrically on the cylinder at a height of 0.5 meters above the ground level of the chimney (this is mainly for ease of measurement); if the foundation protrudes above the ground, observation points can also be set on the foundation. The elevation should be measured regularly, thereby allowing for the monitoring of both uneven settlement and average settlement
