Is it possible to carry out a final overall degreasing after installation? Those with experience can share their views and offer some advice.
Generally, degreasing is carried out prior to installation, along with testing and analysis. During the project construction phase, the results of the first degreasing test for oxygen pipelines must be signed by the owner, the construction contractor, the supervision unit, and the testing agency, and these results should be archived. For some valves that cannot be disassembled (such as the main nitrogen emergency valve), complete degreasing is required before they are installed, along with a corresponding testing report. Where possible, it is advisable for the relevant units to conduct a systematic cycle of degreasing after installation, followed by testing and analysis.

It can be done once more on-site; the method used must ensure cleanliness, and secondary contamination is strictly prohibited. However, the on-site degreasing process after installation is not as convenient as before installation; many specialized fixtures can no longer be used. More importantly, many pipes and valves become unserviceable after installation, and the condition of degreasing inside them becomes a \"hidden aspect of the work,\" making it impossible to inspect or evaluate it. Therefore, the previous version must be installed first; installing it afterward and then carrying out the process again has its advantages and disadvantages, as more purging can be done as a form of compensation.
