It can be refilled with liquefied gas to keep the olefin content below 7%.
It’s possible. Our company uses liquefied gas in situations where there is a shortage of compressed gas or natural gas; however, attention must be paid to the temperature rise in the desulfurization reactor. Liquefied gas should be used only when necessary, as it increases the cost of hydrogen production
When there is a shortage of dry gas for hydrogen production and no suitable naphtha is available, liquefied gas can be used as a substitute. By appropriately increasing the amount of steam supplied in accordance with the required water-to-carbon ratio, and by increasing the amount of gas based on the desired conversion rate, the process requirements can be fully met.
