The dirty oil generated during the cold coke water circulation process is generally treated in an oil separator. In actual production, there is little floating oil on the surface while there is a lot of heavy dirty oil (sludge) at the bottom – how is this handled? A big bonus!
Oil pools are difficult to clean; consider using cold coke water tanks, with two sets provided. Floating oil can be pushed to the top of the tank using water, and then flow through the overflow line into the sludge tank, while the sludge at the bottom of the tank can be removed by changing the tank.
