It’s different; the difference is small below 110°C, and it can be approximated as 4.2 kJ/Kg·K. 4.505 kJ/Kg*k at 200°C. 5.736 kJ/Kg·k at 300°C. It’s available in various manuals; you can check them for details.
If the temperature difference isn’t particularly large, it has little impact on the calculations; there will still be some errors in whatever you calculate
Use lookup tables, or simulation software such as Aspen Pro2 to calculate the values; databases are very powerful
