It is considered normal if the furnace temperature is not higher than 50 degrees. It depends on how much circulating water you use.
It seems that the poster does not make PVC, and the hydrogen chloride gas that comes out does not have high moisture requirements. If it is just to protect the lamp head, there is no need to have such high moisture requirements. If the temperature of the hydrogen at the outlet of the hydrogen water scrubber and the hydrogen compressor is not high, there is no need to use chilled water to cool it in the rear stage.

The temperature of hydrogen pumped out is generally not very high, so a buffer tank or trap is used instead of a cooler.
Use chilled water for cooling in summer, and control the hydrogen outlet temperature of the cooler to be less than 30 degrees; Use circulating water for cooling in winter, and control the hydrogen outlet temperature of the cooler to be greater than 10 degrees to prevent the hydrochloric acid pipeline from freezing and blocking. Use a vertical cooler, and keep the drain valve under the cooler open to a certain degree in winter to prevent ice blockage.
If chilled water is used for cooling, the cooling effect is good and the water content of hydrogen is reduced, which will reduce the corrosion of hydrogen pipelines and synthesis furnace lamp holders, especially in summer.; In winter, if the hydrogen temperature is low after cooling, circulating water can be used for cooling.

Our process is controlled at around 12 degrees like the original poster’s, and we use 7 degrees water.
