I don’t know if the moderator has conducted sufficient investigation. If it were an ordinary member who said such things, I wouldn’t have any issues, but you are a moderator – how can you speak in such an irresponsible manner? I am an employee of the Hebei branch. Objectively speaking, the capabilities of our company at present cannot be compared to those of provincial-level branches such as the Shandong or Shanghai branches, but the company has still achieved certain results. Moreover, having served as a project manager for three years, you are truly talented! Even in a small courtyard, one can’t be the project manager for three years. There’s no other reason for this; maybe one day I will leave this organization, but Kaichuan will still be my home for life. I hope our moderators can be more competent! Haha, after reading my friends’ replies, I think maybe I am indeed being stingy. But my original intention wasn’t to force anything; hehe, I just hoped that the moderator would be someone who meets everyone’s expectations^_^
LZ is being too picky~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I heard that at Donghua, there are people who have served as project managers for three years……
There’s no need to care what others say; achieving results on your own is what truly matters
Be more generous in your mindset, and just smile it off
A good forum moderator also starts as an ordinary member. Our HaiChuan management team is available to all members, which allows more people to get involved in forum management; this not only helps them gain a better understanding of the forum but also enhances their skills in management, communication, and other areas; Therefore, a good forum moderator needs time to gain experience over time (no one is born capable of doing anything). I hope the original poster can understand the good intentions of the forum and its moderators. (All moderators work for the forum on a voluntary basis)
LZ, don’t take it to heart too much; that moderator didn’t go overboard in exercising his authority as a moderator. We’re all young people, and it’s inevitable to say casual things – please forgive him. Hai Chuan is quite strict when it comes to managing moderators, and I believe most of them can control their words and actions well. It seems that that moderator has a solid foundation, and he really wanted to share information within his area of responsibility; his intentions were likely not malicious. Being able to express one’s true feelings is a sign of honesty and integrity. Let’s just talk things through and become friends
