There are very few cases of genuine independent design; usually, templates are used. Nowadays, many design institutes in China opt for a one-time solution – the drawings used in the same industry are exactly identical, with no changes at all
Why strive for perfection? Meeting the standards is the most important thing

Designs created by design institutes tend to be more conservative, due to the lifetime responsibility system. Hehe
I really hope to see designs that are not rough in their execution, have reasonable design margins, avoid waste from the very beginning of the design process, and help save on costs. I have collaborated with three or four design firms, as well as some so-called renowned professors and research institutes, but I have yet to come across a truly excellent design – all of them have excessive design margins, high costs, and claim to be extremely professional. You can do such things freely with your own hands
I believe that when it comes to design, safety and feasibility come first, followed by cost considerations. Many designs appear to have ample margins, which is due to taking various extreme scenarios into account. Therefore, laypeople only see the surface; only designers who are well-versed in the standards and have experienced major design failures can create safe, reasonable, and perfect design drawings.
Without experience in production roles, without having worked on the tracking and adjustment of product pilot and lab tests, it is impossible to create reasonable design drawings
