The customer has a small boiler; when using steam, they noticed that the steam contained a high amount of water, and at the same time the water level dropped sharply, along with the pressure. Dear experts, what is the cause of this, and how can it be resolved?
A sudden increase in steam demand downstream of the boiler caused the boiler pressure to drop; the boiler water was in a \"superheated\" state for a short period, resulting in increased vaporization and a drop in liquid level；
There are mainly two reasons for this; the first one was already mentioned upstairs； The second possibility is that the water in the boiler contains too much salt and alkalinity, resulting in a foaming phenomenon at the steam-water interface in the boiler drum; this causes a large amount of water to be carried along with the steam. As a result of the reduced heat output of the steam, users end up using even more steam. This series of reactions led to the occurrence of the aforementioned phenomenon!
