The issue of bromine purification

In the bromine production process, bromide salts are generally displaced by chlorine gas in glass towers to produce bromine; as a result, a small amount of chlorine gas ends up in the liquid bromine product (crude bromine). How can purification be carried out to remove this chlorine gas from the liquid bromine? Mainly from the perspective of distillation methods, could you be more detailed? Thank you
