Reading this part was extremely painful; it’s the most impactful part of the whole text. . . . . I wonder how Lai Lai managed to bring up such a tragic scene again. . . Is the old hard worker back in action again? It’s been a long time!

It’s not bad to find someone to marry and live a stable life. Why go through all that trouble? Don’t lose your husband like Xiang Lin’s wife; it’s enough if you just lose your child.
