What conditions must be met for long-distance pipelines to be put into operation after trial testing? All equipment, instruments, etc. have been installed and tested individually; All utility and supporting facilities meet the requirements ; All personnel have arrived at their posts ; All control systems are operating normally.
Are there any jointly operated stations that have been put into operation?
1. Confirm that all maintenance, renovation, and installation work have been completed. II. The process flow is smooth, and the electricity, gas (purified air), instrumentation, circulating water, and fire protection facilities are ready for operation. III. Conduct an integrity inspection of the long-distance pipeline to confirm, through both documentation and hardware, that it is ready for operation. IV. Purging completed. V. Pressure testing and airtightness checks completed. VI. Nitrogen displacement is complete. VII. Slowly increase the pressure to the operating pressure and maintain it. VIII. First the backward path, then the forward path; first low voltage, then high voltage, to complete the entire process of conduction.
The above are merely guiding principles; one can use them as a basis to create their own set of operating procedures. Of course, the more detailed those procedures are, the better, with each step needing to be verified. There is still much work to be done, but anyone familiar with manufacturing processes should be able to carry this out. This represents the simplest set of procedures for starting up a process
After the purging and pressure testing are successful, the most important thing is to have all the project documents ready; once the trial operation is complete, act quickly to get the completion documents signed by the persons in charge of the construction parties.
Many large oil construction companies have standard procedures for this. . . .
1. Confirm that all works (including processes, automatic control instruments, power supply, water supply, and fire protection) have been completed and passed inspection. 2. Ensure that auxiliary works are completed thoroughly, with all materials used up and the site cleaned. 3. Purging, airtightness, and strength tests have passed. 4. Ensure that the circuit documentation is complete, and that there is no interference with the cathodic protection facilities, which must be in good working condition. 5. The gas line must be purged with nitrogen
1. All pipeline supports and movement restrictions are in proper condition. 2. All pipeline pressure tests, purging, airtightness checks, and acceptance procedures have been completed successfully, and the pipelines are now in use. 3. All drain valves along the system pipelines have been closed and covered with plugs. 4. The ladders in the pipe gallery are secure, ensuring no safety hazards during operations in the gallery. 5. Static electricity grounding and bonding have been completed. 6. Cable trays have been properly fixed. 7. All instruments have been calibrated and are now in normal operation. 8. All flow meters are functioning properly with accurate readings. 9. DCS calibration is complete
