I would like to ask whether refineries have polypropylene (PP) production facilities
Many refineries don’t have such facilities. Polypropylene production units fall under the category of chemical processing units. However, if a refinery has a gas separation unit, it is possible to set up a polypropylene production unit there, as this brings it closer to the source of raw materials

Our company has them; we take into account our actual circumstances and aim for maximum economic efficiency. If possible, it’s best to use polypropylene – currently the continuous process is used, as smaller-scale production is no longer profitable
