In the heating chamber of the evaporator, what is the typical steam heating temperature for the first effect? Next, how is the evaporation heating temperature distributed among each effect, and what is it usually?
The temperature of the evaporator depends on specific circumstances; in theory, as long as the temperature of the steam is higher than that of the solution in the evaporator to be heated, it will work. Generally, the temperature inside a single-effect evaporator is the same as that of the feed liquid, meaning heating at the boiling point. In my workshop, there are three-effect evaporators, and the temperatures of the first, second, and third effects are approximately 78–68–58 degrees Celsius respectively. The temperature of the heating steam for the first effect is 120 degrees Celsius

It depends on how many effect your evaporator has; the temperatures in each effect of a two-effect, three-effect, four-effect, or five-effect evaporator are all different. It also depends on whether it is downstream or upstream. Four-effect counter-current data: Heating chamber – ≤118°C, ≤-0.09 MPa; Stage I evaporation – ≤86°C, ≤-0.038 MPa; Stage II evaporation – ≤74°C, ≤-0.062 MPa; Stage III evaporation – ≤62°C, ≤-0.077 MPa; Stage IV evaporation – ≤50°C, ≤-0.087 MPa
