I will graduate in June next year; my major is Chemical Engineering and Technology. A few days ago, I was hired by Sinochem Fertilizer. I want to make a difference and learn more knowledge in the business world. I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice!
First, learn and practice more to accumulate experience and knowledge, laying a foundation for future development.
When you get to the company, don’t have any casual attitudes; learn as much as you can, work hard, complain less, and pay attention to safety!
The original poster isn’t yet mature enough – why do I say that? Think about it: which graduate doesn’t want to achieve something? No matter who it is, when they first graduate, they will say things like: I can endure hardship, I’m not afraid of fatigue, I can do this and that… In fact, thinking in this way is positive and a good thing! But thinking like this is useless! In one sentence: Don’t be too sharp!
