Instrument failure. II. Handling methods 1. Quickly contact the reaction unit to reduce the dosage or increase the reaction depth. 2. Increase the amount of slurry recycled or the amount of slurry discharged externally. 3. Appropriately reduce the slurry circulation rate while ensuring effective catalyst washing and stable operation in the upper part of the fractionator. 4. Slightly increase the temperature in the middle section of the distillation tower. 5. Install the glass plate level gauge and contact the instrumentation team for handling. 6. Check the slurry discharge line; if it cannot be repaired, proceed with an emergency shutdown.
How to adjust when the liquid level at the bottom of the distillation tower is full? Answer: 1. Quickly contact the reaction unit to reduce the feed rate and increase the reaction depth ; 2. Increase the amount of slurry discharged outside and the amount of slurry recycled ; 3. Appropriately reduce the slurry circulation rate ; 4. Slightly increase the temperature in the middle section of the distillation tower ; 5. Check the actual liquid level at the bottom of the fractionation tower ; 6. If the above adjustment methods still fail to lower the liquid level at the bottom of the distillation tower, activate the emergency vent line.
