Technical requirements for packaging, storage, and transportation 7. Emergency rescue measures in case of accidents 8. Safety qualification certificates for the legal representative of the enterprise (manager, plant director), safety officers in charge, safety management personnel, and relevant staff, as well as operation qualification certificates for workers performing special tasks 9. Safety production responsibility system, safety management regulations, and job-specific safety operating procedures 10. Documents related to the establishment of the safety production management organization, along with appointment letters for full-time safety management personnel 11. Planning approvals from the land planning department 12. Approval documents from the public security fire department 13. “Safety Pre-assessment Report”
