Some time ago, when the tower was stopped for a long time, the lowest liquid level displayed by LV9202 was around 70%. Now the liquid level controlled when the system is running is more than 85%. Ammonia to carbon ratio is 3.3: 1 or so. Water to carbon ratio is 0.6: 1 or so. It's not clear whether the steam is non-condensable or not. It is not clear whether there is scaling or not. It hasn't been serviced for a long time. At the same time, there is another phenomenon. It's just that the pressure in the synthesis tower is always low. The synthesis tower outlet HV9203 is very closed. The PV9207 on the high-pressure circle is also very closed, but the pressure just won't come up. Sometimes it is as low as 14.8MP, and usually below 15.3MP. The indicator is 15.3--15.9MP. . The medium pressure has been very low in the past two days. Around 1.63. Medium pressure venting is only about 48%

1. First analyze the stripping efficiency. Has the urea concentration decreased? This will confirm whether the temperature indication is distorted. 2. If the stripping efficiency is indeed reduced, in addition to the component factors, it is also possible that the stripping tower is unevenly distributed. This phenomenon is caused by the high top temperature. It is usually caused when the load fluctuates greatly. 3. Our factory also encountered an issue where the temperature could not be raised. The final inspection revealed that the temperature detection problem was caused by severe scaling of the thermocouple sleeve.
Analysis of the stripper liquid was not done. But I'm sure it's not a problem with the temperature indicator. Because the medium voltage load is indeed heavy. And according to what you said, it shouldn't be a problem of uneven distribution of the stripper. The top problem has been low recently. Also, this problem has been going on for several days.
