I want to know what boiler factories do I’m about to graduate~~~ A friend recommended that I do an internship at a boiler factory~~~ But I have no idea what a boiler factory is at all
A boiler factory, of course, produces boilers – it handles everything from design to installation on-site. The key question is: what is your field of expertise? Do you like boilers?
You can learn about things such as design and installation, as well as equipment selection – it’s quite good. It would be even better if you could go to a larger boiler factory
Given the OP’s specialty, it seems not suitable for a job at a boiler factory. Generally, it’s quite relevant for students majoring in thermal engineering to do internships at boiler factories.
A boiler factory definitely manufactures boilers, and it has process engineers as well as welding and heat treatment technicians

The processes there probably include design, manufacturing, testing, and so on–there are also some machining areas, as well as processes for bending metal sheets and heat exchange. As for the specific operations, welding is by far the most common. But the original poster’s major is indeed not very suitable either
Those who have studied chemical engineering are not suitable for working in boiler factories, as their major is not relevant. But if you are willing to work in the boiler industry, then no matter what your major is, hard work will get you there~
