Does anyone know if there is some kind of interface or connector (I don’t even know what it’s called) that can be connected directly to the pressure tapping point on the throttle element? When it’s inserted, it enables the transmitter to measure the differential pressure; when it’s removed, self-locking sealing is achieved; It’s called Qimingxin, which sounds something like a bicycle’s atmosphere
That thing is made of rubber; it can’t be used in industry, right? It’s not very reliable. It’s much better to use valves!
Are all 2# baodingzhai products made of rubber? Could you tell me their names (full names) or models? What is their pressure resistance like?
Fast interfaces do exist, but I’ve never seen any with self-locking seals. The valve + quick-connect interface solution might be easier to implement. The name is hydraulic oil tube quick connector; there may also be ones with automatic shut-off.
4# jessehjx: Does the connector you mentioned have any requirements regarding the medium? Would compressed air work in that case? A orifice flow meter is being used, and the pressure tapping holes on the flange have already been prepared. It is intended to install such a connector or interface on the pipeline leading away from these pressure tapping holes. The goal is to enable quick connection of the transmitter: when it is inserted, the pressure pipeline is connected allowing the transmitter to measure the differential pressure; when it is removed, it seals automatically (self-locking). The main purpose is to allow the transmitter to be moved around at any time
Look, the functions/principles on the air pumps are more or less the same.
Even if it’s useful, I’m not at ease. It’s still more convenient to install a single valve and a three-valve assembly.
7# broken01 uses a orifice flow meter with a flow meter gauge; the pressure tapping holes on the flange have already been prepared. It is intended to install such connectors or interfaces on the pipeline leading away from these tapping holes. The goal is to enable quick connection of the transmitter – in other words, it should be possible to insert it into the pressure tapping pipeline just like a plug, allowing the transmitter to measure the differential pressure; when it is removed, it should seal itself automatically (self-locking). The main purpose is to allow the transmitter to be moved around at any time for measuring compressed air
