The applicable range of the biconical ring seal GB150 is an inner diameter ranging from φ400 to φ2000 mm. How should calculations be carried out for diameters exceeding 2000 mm?
SW6 should work, as far as I know, the diameter of the synthesis tower in ammonia synthesis units can reach DN2600. In terms of manufacturing large-scale fertilizer equipment, Hunan Anchun, Nanjing Dahua Machinery, and Changsha Chemical Machinery perform well.

SW6 can indeed only be applied up to 2000; we have encountered situations where calculations beyond this range require manual computation. Beyond this limit, the conditions for applying the GB150 standards for double-cone ring seals are no longer met, and it is questionable whether it is appropriate to use the GB150 methods for such calculations.
