Evaporation amount calculation

I have a question for everyone. Currently, a washing tank is used to clean fabrics with cleaning solution; so how should the evaporation rate of this washing tank be calculated? A fan is installed above the washing tank to remove the toxic and harmful substances that evaporate; how should the air extraction volume be calculated?
Knowing the temperature and thereby the vapor pressure of water allows one to determine the amount of water that has evaporated.
It is not in the gas-liquid equilibrium state; it is possible to determine it based on the partial pressure at a given temperature
At this operating temperature, the saturated vapor pressures of water and harmful substances are first determined; thereafter, these values can be used together with the mole fractions and the law of partial pressures to make the calculation.
