My current workplace is also very well-known in the industry; it has been undergoing reforms over the past few years, and now initial results are beginning to show, so things are likely to get better going forward. Many projects have been launched now, and the company still has great prospects for growth. Moreover, a industrial park was established in cooperation with the local authorities, and the provincial party committee visited to provide guidance just a few days ago. But it seems like my supervisors have forgotten about me at the workplace; I’m being ignored... My contract will expire next June, and I’m not sure whether I should continue working here or not. I’m very confused. I feel that I can’t realize my value here. Senior colleagues, please help me.

If you can’t realize value, then go somewhere else!
