Our factory's semi-detachment tower has a serious problem. The amount of liquid replenished every day is about 10 cubic meters. How to solve this problem?
Can you reduce the amount of liquid input? If you have a chance, check the distributor and the screen film remover. I think the screen film remover is broken.
The packing in the desulfurization tower is clogged, causing the desulfurization liquid to be unevenly distributed in the tower. Generally speaking, the only way to stop the tower is to clean it.
Sulfur paste is easy to clog in the tower, so it usually needs to be cleaned every year when it is shut down for overhaul. There is also a problem with the distributor and uneven distribution.

After parking the tower and opening the tower, we found that the packing blocked the air riser hole, causing the liquid suspension to be blocked and liquid to appear. After treatment, everything is normal now.
Is the airspeed inside the tower high? Did you calculate it?
1# Who is competing with you is more general. But it’s certainly not normal to supplement so much every day. I don't know if there is any fluid in it. It can be judged from the gas-liquid separation at the outlet. There are also several important indicators that need to be eliminated one by one to determine whether the desulfurization export sulfur seriously exceeds the standard.
