Is it easy to get into BASF?

What’s the treatment like? It seems like it could be much better than working in a private company. Does anyone know anything about this?
I want to go to that BASF company in Beijing; I have the same question. If anyone knows, please let me know
I wonder if the two people upstairs are postgraduates? In our school, those who have gone to BASF were all doctors or masters recommended by their teachers; there might also be some undergraduates who have done so, but it seems less likely for undergrads.
