What are the pressure and temperature inside the furnace when silicon tetrachloride is reduced to silicon? Are there manufacturers in China using and producing this process?

I haven’t heard of any such thing before. What method is LZ using? What is the conversion rate?
I heard that Yongxiang is using this process.
Some are in production, but they are all small-scale lines
Mixing silicon tetrachloride with trichlorosilane to produce polysilicon presents significant control challenges; if the temperature is too high, the silicon softens, while if it is too low, there is no deposition rate, and even an inverse corrosion reaction may occur
