How are the external dimensions of a container represented?

As the title suggests, I need to represent the external dimensions of the container on a PID diagram. There is an inclined cone; the cylindrical part at the top has a diameter of 1300 MM and a height of 2400 MM, while the cone at the bottom has a height of 2100 MM. How should this be represented in English? There is also an irregular cube; when specifying its external dimensions, should the largest part be indicated?
GB9019-88 specifies the method for indicating the nominal diameter of pressure vessel cylinders; generally, the inner diameter of wound cylinders is indicated, while the outer diameter of steel tube cylinders is indicated, such as DN1000 or 273, etc.
But since mine isn’t a pressure vessel, can I still use that standard?
It is usually expressed as “outer diameter X shell wall thickness X total length or total height of the equipment”
For suggestions that are difficult to describe in words, they are indicated directly on the diagram, which is clear and intuitive; inadequate verbal descriptions can instead lead to misunderstandings
Show more details in the diagram to avoid any confusion
The external dimensions are of course the most important information to be listed, as it is based on these that the procurement staff arrange for transport vehicles
