1,1-Dichloroethane and 1,2-dichloroethane are purified from the high-boiling substances in VCM plants; can dichloroethane be used to produce trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene? If possible, how much would the equipment investment be? Please give me some advice!

The degree of chlorination can be adjusted; the proportion of tetra- and penta-chloroethane can be modified as required, and industrial facilities for this purpose already exist in China.
