How to deal with multi-stage centrifugal pump without measuring it

Regardless of whether it is a multi-stage pump or a single-stage pump, if this situation occurs, the fastest method should be used to check and deal with it, such as closing the outlet valve, opening the outlet to drain and exhaust, lowering the temperature of the inlet material, etc. If it still does not improve, the pump should be turned off immediately, production should be resumed quickly, and then the pump inlet filter, pump body, etc. should be fully inspected.
First, the cause must be determined. Only by analyzing the cause and implementing solutions can hidden dangers be eliminated. Generally, the reason why a multi-stage pump does not have a large volume is that the inlet suction volume is not enough, or the outlet valve is opened too small, and the outlet flow rate is lower than the minimum flow rate of the pump design. The general treatment method is to turn the pump upside down. After the pump stops, exhaust it first, cool it, and check if there is no fault before starting it.
1 First check if it is reversed. 2 Check whether the inlet is blocked. 3 If it has just been overhauled, please check whether the flow channel is aligned? Is the impeller installed backwards? Is the internal orifice ring gap too large?

Check the operating status of the pump such as current, and whether the motor wiring is installed backwards. 3. Remove the pump outlet pressure gauge to exhaust, and move it several times until the exhaust is complete. 4. Check whether the concentration, composition, density, or temperature of the medium delivered by the pump changes too much, or the temperature. If there is no problem with the above 5 points, then disassemble and check the mechanical part. It should be a problem with the mechanical part.
Close the outlet valve, open the outlet to guide the exhaust, lower the temperature of the inlet material, and water the pump body to cool it down.
