List of basic data required for the design of flue gas desulfurization projects (CFB-FGD flue gas desulfurization process): Basic parameters of sintering equipment. Equipment model: Burning method: Exhaust gas temperature in °C. Flue gas volume in Nm3/h. Initial dust content in the flue gas in g/Nm3. SO2 concentration in the flue gas in mg/Nm3. Other components in the flue gas: HCl, HF, NOx, O2. Existing flue gas purification system. Dust collector model: Dust removal efficiency under current operating conditions: Capacity of the existing dust collector’s ash removal system. Parameters of the exhaust fan: Number: Flow rate: Total pressure: Motor power. Site conditions: Floor plan of the site where the flue gas treatment system will be installed for desulfurization purposes. Modify the geological data of the site. Treatment of fly ash and desulfurization slag; Dust particle size distribution data; Dust composition analysis; Storage requirements and duration for storage sites; Transportation methods and distance requirements; Desulfurizing agents; Sources of raw materials for desulfurization processes – quicklime or slaked lime (calcium carbide slag) ; Is a desulfurizer preparation system required? Desulfurizer quality ; On-site cost ; Water: Wastewater can be utilized comprehensively; the water quality is preferred to be alkaline.
