I need to work hard to raise my salary from 1,500 to 2,500. At the same time, build good relationships with the craftsmen around you. Gain good relationships with others. To facilitate future improvements. Hahaha,
1. Do one’s job well. **It’s a bit difficult in terms of funding; in factories, salaries are determined by the position one holds – there’s one role for each person – so one has to be constantly ready, waiting for an opportunity. 2.
