Our factory is a chemical plant, and a second phase of construction is planned for next year. I was involved in the entire construction process as well as the technical upgrades for one of the projects. Recently, the manager asked me to prepare a design plan for the instrumentation and control systems in the second-phase workshop, based on the experience gained from the operation of the first phase. Could you please tell me how to approach this task and what the steps are? Thank you.
