Otherwise, even if high vacuum equipment is used, it will be difficult to achieve the high vacuum during actual operation. It is best to use concave and convex surfaces instead of convex surfaces for flanges. It is best to use vacuum valves for valves to reduce external leakage. It is best to use winding mats or PTFE mats for mats. ; The resistance between the process equipment and the vacuum pump should be minimized, such as reducing elbows, valves, etc., so that the high vacuum of the vacuum pump can fully function.
