304 welding process

Dear friends, I’m facing a very urgent and difficult problem right now. Please help me with some advice. I used 304 steel sheets, and spectral analysis confirmed that the material was fine. After welding, I spun-formed a 10-meter-long end cap, but now cracks have appeared in it. I tried using 308L welding rods, but cracks still occurred. What’s going on here?
